Regulations of 1932) has already greatly reduced our

pensions as the 5 years' climatic allowance is not now

granted. This has affected us seriously as we are

rarely able to stay for 20 years' service and the new

pensions rate only favours those who retire after 25

years' service.

We therefore humbly beg that Government will

grant our request that pensions should continue to be

granted to us at the conventional rate and also that the

cash gratuity of 1/4 Pension granted when we are on leave

should also be granted at the conventional rate.
